The Hawks collected just three hits in a 6-4 loss to the Tri-City Dust Devils on Tuesday night in Pasco, Wash. Boise made one last rally in the top of the ninth inning, scoring three runs. With the bases loaded, Stephen Bruno scored on a passed ball and Rock Shoulders doubled in two runs. Jeimer Candelario led the Hawks at the plate, going 2-for-3 with an RBI.
FIREWORKS HOMESTAND STARTS WEDNESDAY
Boise returns to Memorial Stadium for three games against Tri-City with post-game fireworks scheduled for Wednesday and Friday nights. The Wednesday game starts at 7:35, followed by 7:15 starts Thursday and Friday. The Hawks play 20 home games in the next 30 days.
