A festive (and hot) holiday week such as this one is always filled with lots of cool, refreshing watermelon. This year, we'll share ideas for other ways to use everyone's favorite summer melon. Today's recipe comes from a blog called theravenouscouple.com.
INGREDIENTS
4 watermelon steaks ( de-seeded rectangular pieces about 3 x 4 x 1.5 inches)
1/2 cup cream sherry
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for brushing
Feta cheese
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
6 mint leaves, chiffonade
