Over 125 Crossfit enthusiasts came out Saturday morning to show their support for prisoner of war Bowe Bergdahl at the Boise Bring Bowe Home WOD (Workout of the Day) at Expo Idaho. "All over the world people are doing the same workout," said organizer Angie Baldwin, who is also a veteran. Participants did three rounds of the following: 400 meter run, 52 push-ups, 30 Kettle bell swings, 9 box jumps, and 6 front squats. Aaron Miner, shown here doing the front squats, finished his round in 18:55. The event was to raise awareness for Bergdahl and to raise support for his family and the community. Ten area gyms participated in the event said Baldwin. Today marks the third anniversary of Bergdahl's capture. CHRIS BUTLER — cbutler@idahostatesman.com Buy Photo
