Published: June 27, 2012

Firefighters were dispatched to a report of a grass fire near the railroad tracks in the area of Ustick and Cleveland, near the Caldwell Industrial Airport. The call came in at about 7:30 p.m.

A Canyon County dispatcher said the fire burning in the same area that there was a grass fire last weekend, when one trailer home was destroyed and two others were damaged.

Firefighters had put out the fire by 7:45 p.m., and a firefighter told dispatch that a train caused the fire.
