Westpark Co. seeks a conditional-use permit for a planned residential development to include 67 single-family homes and amenities on 24 acres in a proposed R-1B zone, at 11951 W. Hollandale Drive. Westpark is also seeking a rezone from R-1A to R-1B. In a related request, Peppermill Estates No. 2 seeks a preliminary plot for a single-family residential subdivision for 67 buildable lots and eight common lots on the south side of West Hollandale Drive, west of Cloverdale Road. This was deferred from June 4.

Boise City Parks and Recreation Department seeks a rezone of 200 parcels, lots and rights of way totaling about 480 acres in 60 park sites. The proposed zones are A-1, A-1H and A-1HD. Included are developed parks, undeveloped park sites, rights of way and other miscellaneous land scattered throughout the city.

Terrence and Karen Reynolds are appealing the planning director’s approval of a screen wall and landscaping associated with a planned residential development at 401 and 495 W. Boise Hills Drive.

Pierce Gulch Farm LLC seeks a conditional-use permit for the expansion of a nonconforming use at an equestrian facility to include a 2,800-horse barn and 625-square-foot storage building. The 103-acre site is in a R-1A zone at 9272 N. Pierce Park Lane.

City of Boise seeks a Boise River System permit for a 3,000-foot paved extension to the Boise River Greenbelt. A variance to locate the path within 300 feet of a heron rookery and to encroach into the riparian setback is included in the request.

Idaho River Sports seeks a modification of a development agreement to remove a restriction on the sale of alcoholic beverages. The 0.5-acre site at 3100 W. Pleasanton Ave. is in a C-1D/DA zone.

Boise Parks and Recreation Department seeks a conditional-use permit for a height exception to install 70-foot-tall athletic field lighting around an existing field at 1000 S. Americana Blvd. in an A-1 zone.

Caledonia Sewing School LLC seeks a conditional-use permit for a private commercial school at 1315 W. River St. in a R-0DD zone.

Erstad Architects seeks a conditional-use permit for a restaurant with drive-through window at 5008 W. Franklin Road on 0.5 acres in a C-2D zone.

Boise City Arts and History Department seeks a variance to reduce the front setback to about 10 feet for the installation of a public art exhibit. The 16.5-acre site is at 2250 S. Leadville Ave. in an A-1 zone.
