Micron Technology Inc. reported its fourth straight quarter of losses Wednesday. The Boise digital-memory maker lost $320 million in the quarter that ended May 31.
The company says its margins have improved in the sales of dynamic random access memory , used largely in personal computers, and NOR flash memory, used in low-end cellphones. But those were offset by declines in margins in sales of NAND flash memory, which is used in devices that hold pictures, music and movies.
