Westbound Interstate 84 is backed up for miles because of an accident on the highway in Meridian involving a truck pulling a trailer filled with bags of concrete mix, an Idaho State Police dispatcher said.
The bags fell onto the highway, causing a hazard to other motorists.
The incident occurred just after 5 p.m., but traffic was still moving slow at 5:30 p.m.
