Police were called to the scene of a motorcycle crash at about 3:37 a.m. Sunday at East Meadowgrass Street and North Golden Eye Way, just west of North Locust Grove Road in Meridian.

First responders found a 26-year-old motorcyclist dead at the scene. The man has been identified as Ryan Fick, Ada County Coroner Erwin Sonnenberg said Sunday afternoon.

Meridian Police Sgt. Brandon Fiscus had few details, but said the motorcycle left the roadway and crashed. The victim was not wearing a helmet, he said.
