PIZZA WEEK: PIZZA ON THE GRILL WITH SAUSAGE AND MOZZARELLA

Carry-out pizza is good, but homemade pizza is hard to beat. This week, we'll share recipes for great pizzas you can make at home. Today's comes from the Food Network's Tyler Florence.

Pizza Dough:
1 package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Extra-virgin olive oil
3 cups flour, plus more for dusting

Topping:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
2 (28-oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained and hand crushed
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 sweet Italian sausages
1 (8-oz.) ball fresh buffalo mozzarella, water drained
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
