Forever 21 Inc., formerly called Fashion 21, is based in Los Angeles and operates stores across the U.S., Canada, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Forever 21 in Boise carries only women’s clothing, but men can shop for goods online. It also makes children’s and plus-size fashions.
