Dear Bogus,

We skiers and boarders know we whine a lot and all of us think we could run the place better. We blame you for everything from lack of snow to heavy traffic, icy slopes and not enough nachos.

But this win proves we really, really love you.

Our backyard ski hill is again the Best of Treasure Valley, even though you have a handicapped field, considering the other ski resorts are at least a couple hours away.

Despite our sometimes ungrateful attitude, we will keep buying those cheap season passes and we appreciate the new quad chair on the back side of the mountain.

We also like the friendly atmosphere and seeing our friends on the slopes. We love that you give our kids an inexpensive way to learn an often-spendy sport. Keep up the good work, and we will be lined up and ready next winter when the snow flies.
