COBBY’S SANDWICH SHOP

Multiple locations

www.cobbys.com

Cobby’s has two locations in Boise, one in Garden City and another in Nampa, serving fresh sandwiches with soups, a salad bar and all-you-can-eat chips and fruit.

If the 15 different sandwiches on the menu aren’t enough, customers are encouraged to create their own with nine types of meat and five cheeses on four kinds of bread. Mayonnaise, lettuce, onions, pepperoncinis, tomatoes and pickles are included on every sub, with other condiments also available.

The best part of enjoying a Cobby’s sandwich is knowing each bite will be fresh. No matter if it’s the turkey and cheese, hot pastrami or the Cobby’s club, the bread is soft, the veggies crisp and the meat plentiful, flavorful and sliced to the right thickness. Sub sizes are half (4 inches), small (8 inches), large (16 inches) and family (24 inches — that’s a lot of pastrami).

Founded in 1978 with the original store on Broadway Avenue in Boise, Cobby’s has a unique environment at each shop, including the high counter each order is placed over. They also accept online orders for the busy and vertically challenged.
