The Bodybuilding.com Fitness Expo is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at CenturyLink Arena. The day’s events include strongman competitions, crossfit games, military contests, a bikini fashion show, prizes, more than 50 vendors and 5,000 free T-shirts. Special guests include former Boise State and current NFL football player Doug Martin, UFC light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones and author/fitness model Jamie Eason. The event is free, and guests who bring a healthy canned food item for the Idaho Food Bank will receive a Bodybuilding.com mesh workout bag. In addition, the FIT USA Show starts at 6 p.m. at the Egyptian Theatre, featuring the nation’s top 20 men and women in a battle for “The USA’s Fittest Body.’’
