Some of the top high school baseball players from around the state will be in the Treasure Valley this weekend to play in the 2012 Top 40 Showcase Games. The two-game, wooden bat series pits Treasure Valley players against athletes from throughout the state. First pitch is 1:05 p.m. Saturday at Borah Highs Wigle Field. Rosters were assembled based on nominations from coaches statewide. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children.
