• Western Recycling seeks a conditional-use permit for a recycling center on 13 acres in an M-1D zone, at 8300 W. Victory Road.

• River City Real Estate LLC seeks a conditional-use permit to operate a child-care center for up to 45 children in an existing building on a 0.3-acre parcel located in an N-OD zone, at 4802 W. Kootenai St. A variance to install a solid 4-foot-tall fence within the front setback is included in this request.

• United Water Idaho Inc. seeks conditional-use hillside development permits to replace an existing water reservoir with a new facility measuring 10 feet in height by 64 feet in diameter. The existing public utility facility is on a 9-acre parcel in an A-1 zone, at 3215 N. Bogus Basin Road.

• Biltmore Co. & Iron Mountain Real Estate seeks a conditional-use permit to construct three four-plexes on individual parcels within a previously approved planned residential development. The project is in an R-2D zone at 1521-1535 W. Alexandra Lane.

• Boise State University seeks a conditional-use permit for an intramural sports field with 70-foot tall light poles. The field is located on 3 acres north of Belmont Street between Oakland and Lincoln Avenue. The property is zoned U, R-3D and R-2. A height exception is included for the field lighting. The project also includes a variance for fence height.

• Health Care Idaho Credit Union seeks a conditional-use permit to operate a financial institution within an existing building in an R-OD zone at 208 W. Jefferson St. A parking reduction is included in this request.

• Green American Recycle LLC seeks a conditional-use permit to operate an asphalt recycling center on a 6-acre parcel in an M-1D and L-OD zone, at 1863 W. Targee St. A general exception to apply the M-1 standards to the entire parcel is included in the request.

• Hideaway Subdivision is requesting a preliminary plan for 11 buildable lots on the south side of Pond Street, north of Hillcrest View Drive.
