Former Caldwell resident sentenced for child pornography conviction

Christopher Scott, 51, formerly of Caldwell will spend four years in federal prison for possessing child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney for Idaho.

Scott, who now lives in Arizona, also must spend 15 years on supervised release, attend sex offender treatment and forfeit computer equipment. He pleaded guilty in August.

The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
