Six players scored nine or more points as the Boise State womens basketball team cruised past last-place Air Force 83-59 on Saturday in front of 1,389 fans at Taco Bell Arena.
Forward Nicole Brady led the Broncos with 16 points, including three 3-pointers. Cinnamon Lister, Kinzi Poteet and Keiahnna Engel each scored 10 points for the Broncos, who improved to 13-11 overall and 4-5 in Mountain West play. Diana Lee and Kati Isham scored nine points apiece, while Julia Marshall contributed seven.
The 83 points was a season-high in conference play for coach Gordy Presnells team.
Boise States leading scorer Lauren Lenhardt was limited to five points, 15 less than her conference average. Lenhardt did collect a season-high 11 rebounds.
Weve been so dependent on Lauren Lenhardt, who was leading the conference in scoring, and Kati Isham, Presnell said. The room shrunk on them and they tightened up a little bit and so Keiahnna Engel and Julia Marshall just really came through and I was really pleased with them.
Air Force fell to 5-19, 0-9.
The Broncos, winners of two straight, visit Colorado State on Tuesday and TCU on Saturday.
IDAHO STATE 70, PORTLAND STATE 59
PORTLAND Forward Cydney Horton had 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Bengals, who improved to 19-6 overall and 11-1 in the Big Sky. Horton also had three blocks, two assists and one steal. Junior guard Kaela Oakes led the Bengals with 18 points. It was the Bengals first win at Portland State since 2006.

MOSCOW Despite 14 points from Keri Arendse and 10-point, 10-rebound double-doubles from Stacey Barr and Alyssa Charlston, the Vandals saw their three-game winning streak snapped.
