Eagle Mayor Jim Reynolds will present the Eagle State of the City address on Feb. 14.
The event takes place from noon to 1:30 p.m. as part of the Eagle Chamber of Commerce membership luncheon at Eagle Nazarene Church, 1001 W. State St.
The meeting is open to the community with free public seating (no lunch).
