The City of Meridian will hold a follow-up meeting on Thursday to discuss the results of the community outreach efforts last fall in south Meridian.
The meeting is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave.
In September, the city conducted a survey and held a community meeting to identify existing and future service needs in south Meridian.
The city received 189 comments from the public. City staff reviewed the comments and posted them online.
We appreciate the involvement, thoughts and opinions of our south Meridian residents. Through their participation, they are helping us identify needs in this specific area and to craft the future of our community, Mayor Tammy de Weerd said.
Thursdays meeting is the next step in this process of providing future services to our citizens who live in south Meridian, she said.
