INGREDIENTS

1 12-oz. box vanilla wafers
1/2 cup pine nuts
3/4 cup unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), melted
1/3 cup tequila
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
5 large egg yolks, plus 2 egg whites
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon sugar
