Kallee McGrady has been hired as an account coordinator at DaviesMoore, a Boise marketing firm.McGrady handles task management and coordination for the account services department.
After gaining agency experience through an internship, McGrady graduated with a bachelors degree in advertising from the University of Idaho, where she served as the managing director of the American Advertising Federation National Student Advertising Competition team.
Associations
David R. Tuthill Jr., Mike Murray and Wally Butler have joined the Idaho Environmental Forum Steering Committee.
Butler is the range and livestock specialist for the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation in Boise. He is a lobbyist during Idahos annual legislative session and does producer-liaison and range-monitoring work the rest of the year. Butler was a ranch manager and then a range and ranch management consultant in Kendrick. He holds a bachelor of science degree in animal science and a master of science degree in range management, both from the University of Idaho. He is vice president of the Society for Range Management and was the 2002 recipient of SRMs W. R. Chapline Land Stewardship Award.
Murray is environmental and resource management section manager for HDR Idaho, which provides architecture, engineering, consulting, construction and related services. Murray is a Ph.D. soil scientist with 22 years of experience in soil and groundwater investigations and remediation, hard rock and coal mine site closures and reclamation, wastewater land application, statistical analysis and design, project management and teaching.
Tuthill is the founder of Idaho Water Engineering LLC. He worked for the Idaho Department of Water Resources from 1976 through his retirement in 2009. From Jan. 1, 2007, through June 30, 2009, he was director of the agency. Tuthill earned a bachelors degree in agricultural engineering from Colorado State University in 1974, a masters degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Colorado in 1975, and a doctorate in civil engineering from the University of Idaho in 2002. He retired from the Engineer Branch of the U.S. Army Reserve as a colonel in 2004.
The Idaho Environmental Forum is an informal, nonprofit, nonpartisan educational association to promote serious, cordial and productive discourse on environmental policies affecting Idaho.

Automotive
Dan Wiebold Ford has joined Ford Motor Co. in its commitment to the National FFA, formerly known as the Future Farmers of America.
Ford has committed to a 15th year of the Built Ford Tough-FFA collegiate scholarship program, which will award $1,000 scholarships to hundreds of FFA members, each co-sponsored by Ford dealers like Dan Wiebold Ford.
Dan Wiebold Ford is sponsoring the Built Ford Tough collegiate scholarship program for FFAs at Nampa, Vallivue, Jordan Valley, Middleton and Notus high schools. For the 2011-2012 school year, the scholarships are helping two students.
Banking
Mike Combs has been promoted to mortgage sales manager at Home Federal Bank. Combs will manage all mortgage vendor relationships and the generation of mortgage referrals through the branch and Realtor networks in Home Federals Idaho and Oregon markets.
Combs has 15 years of bank lending experience. He most recently served as a loan officer for Home Federal Bank and is a member of the Ada County Association of Realtors. He received a bachelor of arts degree in finance from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Wash. He volunteers as a Southwest Ada Little League Baseball coach and is on the ACAR Foundation committee.

Tim Toy has been appointed as branch manager of the new Idaho Falls branch of Mountain America Credit Union.
Mountain America Credit Union has 67 branches in five states and offers financial products and services for consumers and businesses.
The Treasure Valley Association of Health Underwriters held its annual Holiday Auction and event to benefit City Light Home for Women and Children, raising $5,315 from members and donating sponsors.
The association includes health insurance professionals, insurance carriers and others related to the health care and health insurance industries. City Light Home for Women and Children offers free meals and emergency shelter to women and their children, as well as counseling and other assistance as needed.
Government
Rebecca Hupp has been named the director of the Boise Airport by Mayor David Bieter. Hupp, an airport executive with 18 years of experience, replaces Richard McConnell, who left his position last November. Hupp will begin work in April.
Hupp previously was director of Bangor International Airport in Maine, where she has served since 2001. She previously was the airport manager of the Aberdeen Regional Airport in Aberdeen, S.D. She began her career with the Kansas City Aviation Department, where she served in several positions in operations, marketing and business development.
She is an accredited member of the American Association of Airport Executives and is a frequent speaker on industry issues. She is president of the Northeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives.
Health care
West Valley Medical Center has granted privileges to practice to Drs. Erik Richardson, Nicholas Lewis, Michael Spackman, Merle Keller, Bridgette Latimer, Randolph Byrd, Peter Roan, Marcos Daccarett, Kristin Linzmeyer, Phares Book, Michael Delaney and KaLynne Harris. The physicians will serve at various institutions.
At Saltzer Medical Group, Richardson is a board-certified family physician. He received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Lewis is an internal medicine/pediatrics physician who obtained his degree from the University of Utah, where he also completed his residency.
At Spine Institute of Idaho, Spackman is a physiatrist specializing in pain management, physical medicine and rehabilitation. His emphasis ranges from nonoperative spinal care to musculoskeletal medicine including spinal injections, spinal cord stimulators, acupuncture and pain management. His medical degree is from St. Georges School of Medicine, Grenada.
At Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, Keller is a board-certified pediatrician who earned his medical degree at the University of Utah and completed his residency at Primary Childrens Medical Center in Salt Lake City. Latimer is a family physician with a medical degree from the University of Utah who also completed the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho program.
At Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Heart Care, Byrd is board-certified in internal medicine, with a subspecialty in cardiovascular disease. He attended Emory School of Medicine. Roan is board-certified in internal medicine, with subspecialties in cardiovascular disease and interventional care, and earned his medical degree from University of Michigan.
At St. Lukes Idaho Cardiology Associates, Daccarett is board-certified in internal medicine, with subspecialties in clinical cardiac electrophysiology and cardiovascular disease. His medical degree is from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Linzmeyer is board-certified in internal medicine, with a subspecialty in cardiovascular disease. She received her training at Oregon Health and Sciences University.
At Caldwell Psychological Services, Book has a masters degree in psychology from Pacific University and a bachelors degree in psychology from Linfield College.
At Terry Reilly Health Services, Delaney provides pediatric dentistry services. He attended the University of Michigan Dental School.
At Dermatology Center of Canyon County, Harris specializes in dermatology. She has her medical degree from University of Utah and has completed the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho program.
Hospitality and tourism
Cathy OConnor has been hired to the newly created position of senior vice president of program management at CityPass, a company that packages the top attractions in 11 North American travel destinations.
OConnor has 18 years of financial and business management. For the past three years, she worked as the founding executive director of the Community Foundation of Teton Valley, which serves as a resource for nonprofit organizations and local donors. OConnor oversaw efforts that raised $2.6 million for more than 40 Teton Valley nonprofits in Idaho and Wyoming. She continues to serve on the foundations board of directors. Before establishing the CFTV, OConnor served as a vice president with Goldman Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse First Boston.
OConnor holds a masters in business administration in finance/international business from New York University Stern School of Business and a bachelors in accountancy from Villanova University.
Law
Kelsey J. Nunez, of Givens Pursley LLP, has been selected by the Womens & Childrens Alliance as a 2012 Tribute to Women in Industry honoree. TWIN honorees are selected annually through a nomination process in recognition of women who have excelled in their fields and made significant contributions to industry in executive, managerial and professional roles.
Nunez is an associate at Givens Pursley. She received her bachelors degree in biology from the University of Idaho with an honors program certificate and Alumni Award for Excellence, a master of public policy from Pepperdine University School of Public Policy, and her law degree (cum laude) from Pepperdine University School of Law. She was literary editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law. Her practice emphasizes renewable energy and sustainability through land use, energy, and environmental and natural resources transactions and litigation.
Natural Resources
David Segelov has been appointed chief development officer at Star Gold Corp. Segelovs duties include designing and implementing the companys strategic planning, financing and investor relations programs. Segelov was recently appointed to the Star Gold Board of Directors and will continue there. He has years of experience analyzing and investing in natural-resource companies with a specialization in gold exploration and production.
Real estate
Barb Crowell, agent with ATOVA Real Estate, has completed a comprehensive education program with the Realtors SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialists) Council and earned the distinguished Seniors Real Estate Specialists designation.
SRES agents are qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers ages 50 and up. SRES designees have special knowledge about reverse mortgages, universal design, and the uses of pensions, 401k accounts and IRAs in real estate transactions, along with the issues of retirement and downsizing. SRES designees also help consumers steer clear of loan schemes and scams that victimize senior borrowers.
