River flowing through recreation park area

The Ray Neef M.D. Boise River Recreation Park is taking shape. Construction crews have turned their attention to putting the Boise Greenbelt back together on the north side of the river near Quinn's Pond. As of Tuesday, Jan. 24, water is flowing through the area where a new diversion and wave-making devices for the whitewater park are being tested. PETE ZIMOWSKY / PZIMOWSKY@IDAHOSTATESMAN.COM
