Lee and Elva Wagner had owned this house and 95 acres for two years, on what is now Wagner Road near Highway 20/26 in Canyon County, when Farm Security Administration photographer Russell Lee visited them in November 1941. Russell Lee took a bakerÕs dozen snapshots of their life that the Wagners may or may not have seen; none of the family knew about the photos until this Idaho Statesman project.
