Eagle Highs Thunder Stadium will host the 16th annual East/West Shrine All Stars football doubleheader Friday. The 1A eight-man game is at 11 a.m., with the 5A, 4A, 3A and 2A 11-man game at 2 p.m. The games will feature many of the Treasure Valleys best players, including Eagles D.J Dean and Tanner Mangum, Borahs Braden Corpus, Nampas Josh Bostrom, Nampa Christians Jake Campbell and Rimrocks Nathan Black. Eagles Paul Peterson will coach the West team and Capitals Roman Keefe will coach the East squad. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children under 12 and students with an activity card. All proceeds benefit the Shrine Hospitals for Children and the Patient Transportation Fund.
