The Mountain West released its men's basketball conference schedule for 2011-12, and each of Boise State's 14 league games will be broadcast live on one of the conference's three national television platforms. Each team in the eight-member Mountain West plays home-and-home against the other seven schools.
Nine of the Broncos' Mountain West games will be broadcast by The Mtn., three by CBS Sports Network and two by the NBC Sports Network. Tip-off times have been set for all but four of the team's conference games.
Boise State will play its first league game as a member of the Mountain West against Air Force at Taco Bell Arena on Jan. 14, at 4 p.m.
The Broncos are also currently scheduled to play one Tuesday evening game — at Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colo., Jan. 17 at 8 p.m. — with the remaining games to be played either Wednesday or Saturday.
The Mountain West Tournament will be held March 8-10 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nev.
Boise State has yet to release its full non-conference schedule, but we do have partial information. The Broncos have road games at Long Beach State (Nov. 22), Iowa (Dec. 22), LSU, and Denver. They also have home games against Utah (Nov. 16), Drake (Nov. 30), Indiana State (Dec. 3), Idaho State (Dec. 5), Northern Illinois and Portland.
Boise State can play 29 regular-season games this season.
