MEMORY-CARE BUSINESS PROPOSED

Boise City Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting, 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1, Council Chambers, 3rd floor, City Hall, 150 N. Capitol Blvd.

Greg Brugato seeks a conditional-use permit for a planned commercial development comprising three buildings with surface parking on 0.45 acres in C-2D and R-2 zones at 1609-1621 N. Orchard St. A general exception to apply C-2D standards is included. He also seeks a variance from the front setback requirement for a commercial structure in an R-2 zone.

Mark Guho seeks a conditional-use permit for a height exception and parking reduction for a medical office building proposed in an H-SD zone at 305 E. Jefferson St. This application includes a variance to reduce front and street side setbacks.

Hoyle Investment LLC seeks a conditional-use permit, Boise River system permit, hillside-development permit, and a variance from the 200-foot bald-eagle setback for a seven-unit planned residential development on 7.7 acres in an A-1 zone at 4008 E. Boise Ave.

Boise River Ranch proposes a preliminary plat for a single-family residential subdivision with seven buildable lots and one common at the end of BoiseAvenue on Healy Road.

Kimberly Huffman seeks a conditional-use permit for a child-care operation serving up to 140 children in a C-2D zone at 8083 W. Fairview Ave.

Brett Ekart seeks a conditional-use permit modification to expand a recycling business with the addition of a 20,000-square-foot storage structure and alterations to previously approved landscaping on 5.9 acres in an M-1D zone at 3809 S. Eagleson Road.

C. Laraway Designs P.A. seeks a conditional-use permit modification for a single-story, 22,163-square-foot memory-care business on 1.6 acres in a R-2D zone at 121 S. Spring Tree Lane. The request includes variances from the side setback and two street side setbacks.

Glenn Levie seeks design review for a four-story 108-unit apartment building with live work units in an R-OD (Residential Office with Design Review) zone at 1005 W. Royal Blvd.

Michael Attioni recommends a modification to the BoDo sign program to allow a 150-square-foot projecting sign with electronic message display in a C-5DDC (Central Business with Downtown Design Review and Capitol Boulevard Overlay) zone at 755 W. Front St.
