Bean, 1›, is a male, fawn Pekingese. He arrived at the shelter as a stray.
Bean is so outgoing and energetic; he would make an excellent partner for walking the Greenbelt. He loves to give kisses and be with “his people.” Bean would love to have a family of his own before the week is out — he is itching to become someone’s best buddy.
He will need an indoor home and a fenced yard. Bean needs continued training, socializing and house training. He is neutered and up to date on all of his shots.
Bean is in Cat Adoptions No. 1 at the Canyon County Animal Shelter, 5801 Graye Lane, Caldwell. The shelter is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.
All dog adoptions are $77.50. The shelter is cash only. For more information, call 455-5920 or visit www.canyoncountyshelter.org.
