The same can be said about topping the “best local band” category of Best of Treasure Valley: If you’re willing to tirelessly rally your friends, family and fans for votes — perhaps even voting for yourself a time or two? — you have a shot, baby.
OK, you ask, so who is this Riff Raff?
Riff Raff is a hard-working bar band comprised of veteran players. A group unafraid to sport top hats and dark glasses on stage while performing metal, rock, blues and funk. Go to a Riff Raff gig, and you’ll find a wide-ranging set list energized by the music of Queen, Ozzy Osbourne, Elvis Presley, ZZ Top, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and tons more.
