Recipe: FOUR INGREDIENT WEEK: CRANBERRY ORANGE CHICKEN

Sometimes, the best recipes are the simplest. And how much simpler can it get than a dish that calls for only four ingredients? Several cookbooks and websites are devoted to the art of four-ingredient cooking, and this week, we'll share a few of those recipes. Today's comes from cooking4busymoms.com.

INGREDIENTS

8 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce

3/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon grated orange peel

6 pieces of chicken, thighs and legs

DIRECTIONS

In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir cranberry sauce, mustard and orange peel until blended and smooth. Remove from heat.

Meanwhile, grill (or broil) chicken for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear, brushing with sauce during last 10 minutes of grilling.
