The Boise State men's basketball team went more than 8 minutes without a field goal in the first half and trails host Wyoming 40-31 at halftime of Saturday's nonconference game.
The Broncos saw an early 8-6 lead turn into a 22-13 hole and they haven't led since. The Cowboys' nine-point lead matches its largest of the game.
Poor shooting has hurt the Broncos as they have made only 28.6 percent of their shots and just 1-of-12 from 3-point range. Wyoming has made 46.9 percent of its shots.
Free-throw shooting has kept Boise State in the game. The Broncos have made 14-of-17 free throws.
La'Shard Anderson leads BSU with 12 points, while Reggie Arnold has eight points.
