BOISE HAWKS
'Enthusiastic' fanmissed at games
For almost 20 years I've had season tickets to the Boise Hawks. Three years ago I met Steve, the most enthusiastic baseball fan I've ever met. Steve loves the game, loves to get involved with both teams and the umpires.
This year however, Steve is missing. I called him to see why he wasn't at the first game and was told that the management for the Hawks wanted him to sign a piece of paper stating that he would not come and yell inappropriate comments during the game. Please keep in mind that Steve didn't drink, didn't swear but just showed excitement for each and every play.
Apparently, the fans that came to one or two games all season and "moved-in" just in front of us, in the new expensive seats didn't care for Steve. I'm sorry but I do care for Steve. Shame on your Hawks for taking the fun out of the game. Steve you are missed!

BSU FOOTBALL ON TV
Games tough to watch with Johnson
OK, so Boise State and Gene Bleymaier renewed the TV contract with Channel 7, KTVB.
Fabulous, one more year of trying to listen to Mark Johnson call a game and not vomit. I know they have the market share, reach, etc., but come on. I think BSU's plan is to get everyone to the game and not sitting in front of the TV.
No mo MA-JO!
