What's new: A new back tee makes No. 8 play 219 yards and the big trees on the left side of No. 11 were removed, leaving a gaping hole in the par-4's defenses.
What's cool: The setting. The course winds along several natural wetlands, including the Boise River. The finish is particularly impressive. The 16th is a 155-yard par-3 (from the black tees) across a pond. The 17th is a 302-yard par-4 with a pond down the left side of the entire hole. And the 18th is a 478-yard par-5 with water down the left side that usually must be crossed on the approach shot.
