Spec. Dustin Bourn of Rupert admires a sketch of himself with his fiancÃ©e, Brandi, drawn from a photograph by an Iraqi artist who visits the base. Bourn, a Rupert City police officer, helps train Iraqi police officers on procedures such as hand cuffing, searches and take-down tactics. Bourn said Iraqi officers have a different work ethic.
