One of the roles of the 116th in Kirkuk is building relationships with Iraqi citizens and police. During a visit by Bravo Company to the Azadi Police Station, the chief discussed the case of a man whod been beheaded after being accused incest with his sister. The women, right, had come to see the chief regarding the murder.
