In a mainly Arab neighborhood, a man rounds the corner and walks down the road. In these neighborhoods the people are not as friendly as they are in the Kurdish neighborhoods. They don't smile and wave at the soldiers- mostly they just stare, but sometimes those kids throw rocks at the convoy, or wave their fists and their fingers. KIM HUGHES / THE IDAHO STATESMAN
