RICHARD G. BRADLEY, MD, 79, Beach, N.D., formerly of Boise, died Jan. 2 at a Glendive, Mont., hospital. Military honors and graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 12 at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, Boise. Services by Bowman Funeral Parlor, Garden City.

EARL FRANCIS BROCKMAN, 80, Riggins, died Feb. 5 at his home. Services will be 11 a.m. Feb. 14 at the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, McCall.

CAROL L. COOK, 67, Grand View, died Feb. 8 at a local care center. A celebration of her life will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 13 at JC Landing in Grand View. Cremation arrangements by Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, Mountain Home.

ISABEL A. EMRY, 11-month-old infant daughter of Adam and Kari Emry, died Feb. 7 at a local hospital. Visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. Feb. 12 at Cloverdale Funeral Home, Boise. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 13 at Boise Friends Church.

HAL D. "BUCK" FRASIER, 93, Nampa, died Feb. 6 at a Meridian care center. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Feb. 12 at Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa. A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 13 at the funeral home, followed by a reception. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Indian Valley Cemetery.

JUDITH MAE HILPERT, 68, Garden City, died Feb. 10 at home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 13 at the LDS Chapel, 3229 Bogus Basin Road, Boise.
