Boise cyclist Kristin Armstrong won the fifth stage of the Tour of the Gila in Silver City, N.M., on Sunday. Armstrong finished the final stage a 71.8-mile road race known as the Gila Monster in 3 hours, 15 minutes, 44 seconds.
