Idaho Rivers United will hold its 14th annual Auction for the Rivers from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at the Boise Train Depot, 2603 Eastover Terrace.

Admission is $10 for IRU members and $15 for the public. You can join IRU at the door and get in free.

Beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres will be available.

The auction will include silent and online auctions, door prizes and a raffle.

The group will auction more than a hundred items that include: a new Ocelot cataraft, a Super Puma raft from AIRE, an inflatable kayak from Idaho River Sports, a week of paddling in Costa Rica with Costa Rica Rios, a week's stay in Akumal, Mexico, ski weekends in Sun Valley, McCall and Donnelly, and guided fishing trips.

Other items include fishing and outdoor gear, river trips, original framed art, photography, sculpture, weekend getaways and spa care.

All proceeds from the event benefit Idaho Rivers United, a nonprofit organization that works to protect and restore Idaho's rivers.
